Steps to Submit a Complaint

Fill in Information
Personal details such as name, ID number, email, and phone number are optional, and complaints may be submitted anonymously.

Complaint Details
Identify the reported entity or individual and provide a clear and accurate description of the incident.

Attach Documents
Upload supporting files (up to 5 files, maximum 100 MB) in formats such as PDF, DOC, WEBP, MP4, and others.

Submission
After reviewing the information, click Submit to file the complaint.
