This service enables citizens in Palestine to inquire about deceased individuals’ data and officially document death cases through the Sehati platform of the Palestinian Ministry of Health. It aims to facilitate death documentation and accelerate the issuance of official death certificates required for legal and administrative procedures.

How to Use the Service
Access the official service link.
You will find a field requesting an Inquiry Code.
Enter the code obtained from:
The hospital that declared the death, or
The records unit at the Ministry of Health.
After entering the code, a page will appear displaying:
Deceased person’s full name
ID number
Date of birth and date of death
Place of death
Related official medical information
An option to download the official death certificate in PDF format
Important Notes
The inquiry code is issued upon registering the death with the Ministry of Health or through authorized medical institutions.
The code is confidential and should only be shared with family members or official authorities.
If the code is lost or an error appears, it is recommended to visit the nearest government hospital or contact the central records unit at the Ministry of Health.
