  • Alternative phone number.

  • Type of damage (total destruction or uninhabitable).

  • Governorate (North Gaza, Gaza City, Central Area, Khan Younis, Rafah).

  • Neighborhood.

  • Nearest known landmark.

Once the information is submitted, the request is saved for review by the competent authorities.
